2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk, you may use ⅔ or ¾ can, depending to your taste of sweetness
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 drops cherry flavored extract
10-15 black cherries
1 ½ – 2 oz (50 grams) dark chocolate, use more or less to your preference
You will also need freezer safe plastic container
Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in freezer before using (10-15 minutes ahead)
Start by shaving the chocolate ( I use potato peeler) and slicing the cherries into small, bite size pieces, set aside
Beat your heavy cream until stiff consistency
Gently fold in about ⅔ of the condensed milk, taste the sweetness, add more if desired
Fold in the chocolate shavings and cherries
Place the mixture into freezer proof container, cover with a lid
Allow to chill 6-7 hours
