Very quick instructions for making clarified butter,I don’t think I need to put down a detailed recipe, because you can make as much as you need. 1 ¼ butter makes about one cup of clarified butter, so you can go from there.

You will need :
Butter ( salted or unsalted )
Making the clarified butter
Prepare the strainer by lining it with 4-6 layers of cheesecloth and placing it over the glass container
Place the butter in a heavy bottom saucepan over medium to low heat
Do not stir!
Allow to melt,cook and come to a boil
As it boils, a white foamy layer will appear ( those are called milk solids)
Using a spoon , preferably the one with a strainer, remove all those milk solids
As the butter looks clear and no white particles left pour it into prepared strainer
Allow to cool down and place in the fridge
Use it as needed
