Fish Kebab Recipe
Gourmet Shrimp fish kebab from Armenian cuisine, of course with my interpretation of that delicious, low calorie meal.
Preparation is quite simple , although may require minimum effort to make perfectly looking fish kebobs. And I’m sure after watching YouTube tutorial you’ll have no problems to make the most delicious fish kebabs .

Recipe will serve 4-6 people
All ingredients need to be grinded twice or on a smallest setting of your grinder
1 ½ lbs fresh fish fillet , I mixed salmon and tilapia
½ lbs fresh shrimp
1 ½ tbs all purpose flour
1-2 fresh garlic cloves or 1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh or dried herbs , preferably: parsley, dill, tarragon a tablespoon or so
Spices and seasonings such as: black pepper, red pepper, turmeric, ground white pepper, about half a teaspoon of each or to your taste
Salt to taste
Grind the fish, shrimp, onion and herbs ( if using fresh herbs)
Add the egg, flour spices and mix very well to incorporate
Set in the fridge for 3-5 hours to marinate and chill
Preheat the oven to 475° F
Prepare a baking sheet lined with lightly greased parchment
Arrange the fish mixture on wooden or metal skewers, refer to YouTube tutorial for more details
Cook uncovered 25-30 minutes, turn once halfway through cooking
Remove from the oven and cover with a foil to set
Serve with roasted veggies or side of green salad
