Green Beans and Eggs Recipe
So simple, delicious and very quick to make.
We make this dish with flat beans, but any kind will work just fine. And we normally serve it with a side of fresh tomato salad. Another quick, healthy meal to make and enjoy during summertime . Watch YouTube tutorial for details on how to make the salad and of course green beans and eggs.

1-1 ½ lbs green beans , cleaned, cut and cooked
1 medium or large onion, finely chopped
2-3 tbs vegetable oil or butter
2-3 eggs, beaten
Freshly chopped dill or any herb
Salt-pepper to taste
Sauté onions until translucent
Add the beans, salt-pepper and stir, cook 2-3 minutes
Pour over the eggs , gently spread out
Cover the lid and cook 1-2 minutes
Turn of the heat and allow to set 3-5 minutes
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and enjoy
