Homemade Pizza Recipe – Easy Pizza
Decided to share something I make on weekly basis:my homemade pizza recipe.My kids , as I’d assume many others, love and love pizza. Nothing new or original.
I know.Since the day I started baking our own homemade pizza, they stopped asking me to order it. Instead I’d get their request to make it, as if it’s a 2 minute meal ,but to be honest I’m always happy to do that.To me it’s just like baking a bread, and that’s my comfort zone:) I love and never get tired of being breads.

This homemade pizza crust recipe is pretty simple and tastes really delicious, a recipe worth to share.
As the worst food blogger ,as you may know already, I don’t enjoy writing about the food, as much as I love making and of course eating 🙂
So here’s my homemade pizza recipe, enjoy and happy baking!
1 1/2 Cups of warm water
3 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs sugar
1/2 Tbs salt , I use kosher or sea salt
1 Tsp instant yeast,if using active dry yeast activate before adding
3 1/2- 4 Cups of flour
1/3 Cup semolina
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth dough forms
Use hand or mixer
Transfer the dough onto lightly floured working surface and knead about 2-3 minutes
Add as much extra flour as you need to work with the dough without it sticking too much
Place the dough into lightly greased large bowl and cover with plastic wrap
Let it rest in a warm place until doubled in size (1-2 hours) minutes,depending on temperature
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and place in the fridge 45-50 minutes
*Placing the dough in the fridge, is optional, it’s much easier to work with cold than warm pizza dough
Use your favorite toppings and cheese to complete the pizza
Bake the pizza on a non stick baking pan or greased and sprinkled with cornmeal/semolina
Oven temperature 480°F/220° C degree oven 10-15 minutes
