Hello everyone! Welcome to my new kitchen tour! I’m happy to announce that I will be back to uploading, and doing what I love most! I have missed cooking so much, and now I can continue to show all of you my passion for cooking. I want to thank all of you for sticking around and waiting patiently for my return.   1. Dear Heghimeh,
    My family and I grew up eating in a”Greek” restaurant, however Mr. And Mrs. Sibian were Armenian and I recognize many of your dishes. Over the years I’ve perfected my hummus, tabouli and baba ganoush.

    But the Sibians are long gone now and what I miss sooooo much was her grilled lamb kabobs and what they called “cheese pie”, and her pickled cabbage.

    Do you have any idea how to make an addicting lamb kabob?? The meat was tender and garlicky. I’ve never been able to make anything like it and have never tasted anything like it sense..

    The cheese pie had what was like a more dried out cheesecake/mozzarella cheese consistency and had something on top that was the consistency of coconut that had marinated in a honey-like syrup. Can you identify what that was??

    The pickled cabbage was purple and super vinegar-y. And it must have been salty too because if I ate to much I would swell up!

    I miss eating their food so much. Nothing Mediterranean has EVER come close to their food and it was a very special place for our family. Thank you so much for any help you can give.
