Russian Dumplings – Пельмени

Russian Dumplings Recipe

These Russian dumplings called pelmeni have been one of my favorite dishes since childhood. The preparation isn’t hard at all, the process of shaping takes a bit time, but at the end it’s well worth it. I like making these Russian dumplings in big batches and freeze them in individual ziplock bags for later use. They can be stored in freezer up to 2 months.

Checkout quick instructions and ingredients on how to make these incredibly delicious Russian dumplings.

Happy cooking!
