Spaghetti Meatballs Recipe

Quite popular and well known Italian dish: spaghetti meatballs. I’m sure every mom has her own version of spaghetti meatballs recipe. It’s such a good combination of flavors and taste, that one can hardly fail this dish. The ingredients are pretty basic and the process is quite simple, and what’s best than a good bowl of homemade spaghetti meatballs.






I found that ground turkey works the best for these meatballs. They turn out very soft and juicy. However if you prefer ground beef or chicken, I’m sure it will taste very good too, so it’s up to your preference.

Ingredients

One pack / 16 oz spaghetti

For the sauce

1 23oz jar (600 grams) marinara sauce + salt,pepper,2-3 minced garlic cloves,basil leaves

For the meatballs

1 Lbs fresh ground turkey

1 Small brown onion

2-3 Garlic cloves




1/4 Cup parsley

1 Tbs red pepper paste

1 Tsp ground black pepper

1/4 Tsp chili flakes

2 Tbs rolled oats

1 Egg

6-8 Tbs olive oil

Salt to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°F/ 200° C degree

Line a baking pan with foil and lightly spray with oil

In a food processor combine:

Egg, parsley, salt, pepper, chili flakes, pepper paste, oats, onion, garlic

Pulse until well incorporated

Add the spice mixture to the ground meat and mix to incorporate

Using an ice cream scoop spoon and make small balls

Place on the baking sheet




Bake 25-30 minutes,or until golden color

While the meat is in the oven, start cooking the sauce

In a cooking pot combine marinara, salt, pepper, olive oil ,basil and bring to a boil

Also start boiling the water for pasta ,add salt and spaghetti and cook until done

Add ready meatballs to the sauce and cook 2-3 minutes

Pour the sauce and meatballs over the cooked pasta and enjoy!

650-700 գ աղացած միս, ես վերցնում եմ հնդկահավինը

1 գլուխ սոխ

1-2 պճեղ սխտոր

1 ձու

Աղ, քեմոն, սև ու կարմիր տաքդեղ ըստ համի

Մի փոքր փունջ թարմ մաղադանոս, կարելի է նաև չորացրածը

Եփել, նախապես տաքացված, 200° ջեռոցում

Տոմատի թանձրուկը

700-750 գ մարինարա (համեմված տոմատի թանձրուկ)

3-4 ճ գ ձիթապտղի յուղ

2-3 պճեղ սխտոր

Աղ, սև ու կարմիր տաքդեղ

Մաղադանոս, ռեհան

 

450 գ սպագետի տեսակի մակարոն

Եռման ջուր, աղ եփելու համար
