Fish Ravioli Recipe

Probably the best fish ravioli I’ve ever made or tasted. The best part it’s so light , flavorful and satisfying . Not to mention ; very easy to make, can be stored in freezer for over a month .

I’ve made a few other kinds of ravioli with different fillings, this one beats all of those.

Ingredients 

Tha Best Fish Ravioli Recipe

For the dough

3 medium eggs at room temperature

2 cups of lukewarm water

2 tbs vegetable oil , I used avocado oil

1 tbs sugar

2 tsp salt

3-4 cups of all purpose flour to make a soft non sticky dough

For the filling 

1 lbs fresh fish fillet , I mixed salmon and swai

Spices and seasonings such as : black, white and red ground peppers , coriander, garlic powder, salt

Fresh or dried herbs : dill , tarragon or parsley

Directions 

To make the dough 

In a large bowl combine all ingredients , mix and knead into soft, non sticky dough, set aside while you make the filling

To make the fish filling 

Cut the fish into small pieces, spice , season and set aside to slightly marinate

Take some of the dough and rollout into thin layer

You can use a ravioli mould or simply refer to YouTube tutorial for other method

Form ravioli and cook in boiling water 3-4 minutes

Be sure to salt the water , I also add a few bay leaves for more flavor

Serve hot 

Add melted butter, vegetable oil or any of your favorite fish sauces

I like sprinkling with sumac, black pepper and cayenne

*Բաժակի չափը 250մլ*

Խմորը 

2 հատ ձու

1.5 բ գոլ ջուր

1 թ գ աղ

2 թ գ շաքարավազ

1 ճ գ բուսական յուղ

2-3 բ ալյուր, որ ստացվի փափուկ , ձեռքերին չկպչող խմոր

Միջուկը 

500 գ փշահան արած ձուկ , ես երկու տեսակ էի վերցրել

Համեմունքներից կարող եք վերցնել

սև, սպիտակ ու կարմիր տաքդեղ, կորիենդեր, սխտորի փոշի կամ թարմը, չորացրած կանաչեղեն` սամիթ, թարխուն, մաղադանոս, կարող եք թարմն էլ դնել
