Fruit Punch Recipe
Quick fruit punch recipe that we used to call summertime fruit compote , back in Armenia.
Super easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious. Especially when it’s chilled properly and made with a good variety of fruits and berries .
As during summer we buy lots of fruits, which to me is the best and lightest food to eat during this heat season. And since we normally save it at room temperature, for better taste, the fruit ripens too much and becomes a bit mushy.
That’s when making a fruit punch becomes a great idea .
I don’t think anyone would need an exact recipe for this simple fruit punch or compote . All you need it to watch the quick tutorial on my YouTube channel. I’ll put down quick instructions and hope you guys give it a try.

Lots of ripe seasonal fruits and berries, preferably : plums, peaches , cherries , raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, ( no bananas or citrus)
Boiling water enough to cover sliced fruits and whole berries
Agave , sugar or any of your preferred sweetener
Combine all your fruits in a pot, add water and sweetener
Bring to a boil
Cook 10-15 minutes , uncovered
Remove from the heat and allow to cool down completely
Chill for hours and enjoy!
