Pear Salad Recipe
Absolutely new and unique pear salad with tahini, yogurt dressing from Armenian Cuisine . Had a chance to glance at a quick tutorial from an Armenian restaurant chef and thought to give it a try . Of course a simple salad like this one, wouldn’t require too much effort or prior tasting, so I decided to go ahead film it and of course share my honest opinion on its taste.
So here we go, quick and easy recipe and instructions on how to make tahini pear salad . Try it and share your feedback if you have a chance.

1 ripe pear
Half a bell pepper , sliced into thin strips
2-3 tbs toasted , chopped walnuts
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Pomegranate seeds, optional
For salad dressing
1 ½ tbs tahini paste, I have a YouTube tutorial on this paste
1 ½ tbs plain yogurt
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Start by making the dressing
Simply combine all ingredients and mix to incorporate , set aside
Slice the pears longwise and nicely arrange on a plate
Drizzle with dressing
Top with walnuts, bell pepper strips, sprinkle with black pepper and serve
Optionally you can garnish it with pomegranate seeds
