Stuffed Fish Fillet Recipe
Deliciously unique, herbs and walnuts stuffed fish fillet dish from Armenian cuisine. Simple and neat, almost a gourmet meal, not to mention how light and healthy it is.
Very few ingredients needed to make this incredibly tasty stuffed fish fillet dish .
Most importantly use a very fresh fish fillet, any of your choice , and of course good fresh herbs such as parsley , dill or cilantro will give the dish that specific taste.
Entire preparation and cooking will take less than half an hour, so this is also a great , last minute dish.

½ lbs fresh fish fillet, should be 2 pieces or so, season with salt and pepper , set aside
A handful of walnuts
2-3 tbs fresh parsley
2-3 tbs parsley
1 clove of garlic
Start by preparing the fish, simply spice and season with salt and black pepper, set aside to marinate
In a food processor combine: walnuts , herbs and garlic
Process until smooth mixture is formed
Spread the mixture on fish fillet and roll
Bake 25-30 minutes at 375°F preheated oven
Allow the dish to set 10-15 minutes
Serve with a side of fresh green salad, rice or mashed potatoes
