Swiss Chard Recipe
The simplest and most delicious Swiss chard recipe. Not even a recipe but an idea of making that healthy and delicious green for dinner or lunch.
I’ll just go ahead and put down quick instructions how to make it.

1-2 bunches of fresh Swiss chard, washed thoroughly and chopped
2-3 tbs vegetable oil
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbs water
Salt pepper to taste
In a pot combine oil, chard and water
Cook covered on medium to low heat, 2-3 minutes
Add garlic, salt pepper and mix to incorporate
Cover and cook another 3-4 minutes or until the stems are tender
Serve with plain yogurt
