Cheese Puff Pastry
Ingredients:
A pack of 5”x5” puff pastry dough (8-10 sheets thawed)
16oz Shredded mozzarella (or any cheddar cheese)
10-12oz Feta cheese ( I use Valbreso or Bulgarian feta)
2 Eggs (1 for the cheese mixture,1 for egg wash)
2 Tbs plain greek yogurt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 360 degree F
In a bowl combine cheeses, egg & yogurt (you can also add some fresh or dried greens ,black or red ground pepper to taste)
Mix well till combined into smooth mixture
Place 1-1/1/2 Tbs on each puff pastry sheet, fold into triangle ,rectangle or square shape,seal the edges well
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Brush with egg wash
Bake about 30-35 minutes, or until golden color
