Ingredients
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons espresso powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 ounces dark or semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, cut into large pieces
1 cup walnut halves, cut into large pieces
Directions
Place the chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a medium saucepan with boiling water. Stir gently until fully melted and smooth
Whisk the flour in a bowl with salt and baking powder
Mix the eggs, sugar, espresso powder and vanilla in a bowl using an electric mixer on high speed
Mix in all of the ingredient parts, including the now chopped walnuts and pecans
Now that the dough is finished, you can put them in the oven for about 17 minutes on 350° F degrees.
