Choreg – Armenian Easter Cookies
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups milk , I used almond milk
⅔-¾ cup sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp salt
⅓ tsp mahleb, I also used cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 tbs melted butter , I used coconut oil
4-5 cups flour or enough to make a soft , non sticky dough
Egg wash
Bake at 375°F degree preheated oven, 15-25 minutes
