Stir Fried Mixed Veggies and Noodles Recipe
Super quick instructions and ingredients list for very delicious stir fried veggies noodles.

Ingredients
2-4 tbs vegetable oil
¼ cup water, any temperature
3-4 tbs soy sauce , add more to add saltiness
1-2 tbs oyster sauce (I didn’t use it)
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Sriracha sauce to taste
Toasted or regular sesame seeds for sprinkling before serving
From vegetables
1 large onion , coarsely sliced
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 medium carrots, sliced or shredded
½ lbs okra
4 bunches of bok choy
1 large zucchini, cubed
A few fresh mini bell peppers
Your preferred kind of noodles, cooked according to box instructions
Directions
Sauté onions with oils
Add water and the rest of veggies, except for the bok choy
Stir fry everything 3-4 minutes
Add the rest of your sauces and bok choy, taste the salt
Stir fry everything for another 2-4 minutes or until veggies are cooked to your preference
Combine veggies and cooked noodles and serve
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired
