Gluten Free Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Delicious, light and tender gluten free pancakes . I added some quick oats and smashed bananas to give them more richness in taste.
Turned out super yummy. Hope you’ll make them and enjoy as much as we did.

Ingredients
2 large eggs at room temperature
1 cup (250 ml) kefir or buttermilk
1 cup almond flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Half of a large banana
⅓ cup quick oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs agave nectar or sugar
Pinch of salt
