Lavash Herb Triangles Recipe
With Easter just around the corner, this lavash herbs triangles will be the right choice to introduce to everyone who enjoys delicious and nutritious food.
Pretty simple to make and you can basically use any herbs you like . My preference for something like this and especially for Easter menu, will be a mix of spinach, tarragon, dill and scallions. Additionally I added cilantro and malva from my garden.

Ingredients
Lavash bread cut into long about 5” wide strips
Fresh herbs : ba ay spinach, tarragon, scallions , dill, cilantro…
Spices bleach and red peppers
Garlic powder
Sumac
Olive oil or butter
You can also add slices of hard boiled egg
Directions
Cut your herbs finely
Spice and season to taste
Drizzle with olive oil and mix to incorporate
Wrap the herb mixture with lavash by shaping into triangles, see YouTube tutorial for details
Brush with oil or butter and bake in 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden color
Serve hot or cold with yogurt or freshly squeezed lemon juice
