Ingredients
2 lbs ground meat, I like mixing beef and turkey
1 large onion, preferably blended
2-3 garlic cloves (minced or crushed)
½ cup fine bulgur (#1 or #2 grind)
2 tbs red pepper
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp Aleppo pepper
1 tbs dried mint
2 tbs dried parsley ( you can also use fresh herbs to your liking)
