Ingredients for the crust
1 ½ cups graham crackers ( finely crushed)
50 grams of melted butter
⅓ tsp ground cinnamon ( optional)
For the cream cheese filling
3 packs ( 8 oz / 226 g each ) cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
The zest of one lemon
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optionally you can whip up some heavy whipping cream to decorate the cheesecake
