Classic Salad Olivier

Ingredients 

1 large potato cooked and diced 

1 large carrot cooked and sliced into small cubes 

1 jar (about 16 oz) green peas 

Half chicken breast, cooked, sliced into small pieces 

Egg whites of 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced into small cubes 

1 large pickle or a few small ones, sliced into small chunks 

Fresh parsley 3-4 tbs ( you can also add some fresh cilantro) 

½  tsp black pepper 

Salt to taste 

1 cup sour cream as dressing ( you can mix it up with mayonnaise)
