Spritz Cookies Recipe
These simple and delicious spritz cookies have been our favorites for very long time. Haven’t bake these for a while though, so long, that my crew started complaining. Yes, the simplest is always the best and we all love simple cookies, especially these buttery spritz cookies.
I don’t know why people bake spritz cookies mostly during Christmas time, for us these are just like regular sweets that I’d bake anytime, to enjoy with my coffee or tea, as for kids, they’d eat these at no time.

In a mixing bowl beat butter for 2 minutes then add sugar and beat until it’s light and fluffy

Gradually add flour mixture, scrape the bowl when needed
Use your cookie press to make the shapes ,1 to 2 inches apart

Tip
You can top these cookies with sprinkles or dust with sugar, make sure to brush with egg wash to make sure the sprinkles stick well
