I’ll be doing a very detailed, from scratch, bread making class . Everyone will be making their own bread dough , bake a full size bread to take home along with my new Matnakash recipe.
Also they’ll receive a dough scraper and Armenian apron as a present. I’ll have snacks and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
