Recipe
1 ½ lbs well cooked chicken breast, cut or shred into small pieces
1 medium onion, I like to blend it in my processor
1-2 garlic cloves or. 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs red pepper paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp cayenne
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dried parsley (or any other herb such as dill , cilantro, oregano)
2 tbs olive oil
1-2 tbs butter (optional)
Salt to taste
