Spas – Yogurt Soup

Recipe 

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) strained yogurt (or 2 cups regular plain yogurt)

1 egg

1 tbs all purpose flour 

⅓ cup hulled wheat  (or rice , lentils, quinoa… any of your favorite grains).  Soak in water for 30 minutes or overnight , then cook until it’s fully cooked 

5-6 cups of boiling water

1-2 tbs unsalted butter or vegetable oil 

3-5 sticks of chopped scallions (green onions)

3-4 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped (or mint ,dry or fresh)

Salt to taste
