Chocolate Mousse Souffle Cupcake Recipe
Ingredients
¾ cups semisweet chocolate chips
100 gram butter
2 eggs
¾ cups white granulated sugar
2 tsp all purpose flour
1 tbs rum (coffee liqueur or bourbon at your preference )
½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F /205 C
Melt butter and chocolates on double boiler until it reaches to smooth consistency without lumps
Add rum and vanilla extract ,mix and set aside to cool down
Whisk eggs and sugar on high speed until it’s pale and fluffy
Lower the speed and beat in the flour
Turn off the mixer and add cooled chocolate mixture by gently folding with spatula
Do not overmix ,not to deflate the eggs mixture
Pour the mixture in oven safe ceramic pots and place them on a baking pan
Bake 20 minutes
