Strained Yogurt Salad Recipe
Delicious, quick, easy strained yogurt salad. One of my favorite wintertime comfort foods. If you can only taste this tasty, healthy yogurt salad, I can assure it’ll be on your favorite food list .
The beauty of any food, to my opinion, is in the simplicity. I love making food with minimal amount of ingredients, I want to see those ingredients in the dish and not pileup everything. That’s just my personal preference and luckily, my favorite Armenian cuisine has plenty of those simple, easy and extremely delicious dishes.

Ingredients
Strained yogurt (lebni) 16oz container
Sour cream, I use only a little bit, 1-2 tbs
Garlic 1-2 cloves, minced
Handful of chopped walnuts
Salt to taste
Pomegranate seeds (optional )
Directions
Mix all your ingredients and enjoy!
