Eggplant Aylazan Recipe
An incredibly delicious vegan dish called eggplant Aylazan. It’s made with fried veggies : eggplants, peppers , tomatoes and herbs .

5-7 medium eggplants
6-7 garlic cloves
4-5 green peppers
1 onion
3-4 medium tomatoes
5-7 tbs olive oil
4 oz tomato sauce
1 tbs red pepper paste
Salt , pepper to taste
