Lemon Pound Cake Recipe

If you haven’t tried homemade lemon pound cake, you’ve been missing on something super yummy.

Very simple recipe that requires no effort whatsoever.

Ingredients

¾ cup (170g) butter at room temperature

4 oz cream cheese

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ⅓ cups sugar

1 ½ cups flour

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp baking powder

⅛ tsp baking soda

1 tbs lemon zest

For sugar glaze

2 cups confectioners sugar

3-4 tbs lemon juice

Bake at 350° F preheated oven, 60-70 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
