Ingredients
3 bunches of purslane, it’s about 350-400 grams
1 medium onion , finely chopped
3-4 tbs vegetable oil
2 large tomatoes, cut into small cubes or use 16oz canned crushed tomatoes
2-4 garlic cloves
1 cup of boiling water or vegetable broth
Salt & pepper to taste
