Bacon Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Simple , quick to make and at the same time very delicious appetizer: bacon , cheese stuffed mushrooms.
Recipe was shared by one of my instagram friends Naira, who stopped by during her visit to Los Angeles .
It was fun to cook and interact with an incredibly talented and beautiful young lady.

Ingredients
5-6 large portobello mushrooms
10-12 oz shredded mozzarella
6-7 pieces of turkey bacon , chopped coarsely
6-8 oz crumbled feta
Salt, keep in mind that feta and bacon are salted
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°F degrees
In a bowl combine the cheeses and bacon, mix to incorporate
Remove the stems and wipe mushrooms with dry paper towel
Rub the bottoms with salt
Sprinkle with black pepper
Stuff with cheese and bacon mixture
Bake 25-30 minutes
Serve hot or warm
